Ingredients:
Package of skinless chicken thighs
2 small cans of mild green chills
4 cups chicken stock
Chopped yellow onion
Cumin
Garlic Powder
Sour Cream
Method:
Liberally sprinkle garlic powder and cumin on chicken. Place chicken in bottom of pot. Top with onion, green chills, pour stock over. Cook on high until chicken is cooked through- about 3 1/2 hrs. Stir sour cream in before serving. Pair with basmati rice!
