Wine Pairing: Pinot Noir
What You Will Need:
- 1 package whole wheat crust
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup honey barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Some whole wheat flour to work with
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 475 F.
2. Prepare your chicken.
3. On a floured surface, spread dough out with fingers to your desired shape.
4. Spread barbecue sauce on crust. I use a spoon to smooth it out.
5. Top with shredded chicken, onion, cilantro and finally, cheese!
6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
7. Let cool, top with fresh cilantro and serve!
